Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant

Start your apprenticeship as a retail merchant at METRO and discover the world of wholesale. You will get to know the variety of a METRO wholesale market and help customers from the catering trade find exactly the right products for their business. The apprenticeship lasts 3 years, with the option to shorten it. Training starts in summer 2027.

• School education: at least an intermediate school certificate (Realschulabschluss or similar). Your personality counts for us – a very good grade average is not a priority
• You have great interest in retail and enjoy dealing with our customers from the catering and food industry
• You are a team player and like to get involved
• You are at least 16 years old
