Field Sales Representative

Then you are exactly right with us! As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) you are the face of METRO on site. Together with our internal customer management, you transform customer needs into solutions, strengthen long-term partnerships and inspire new customers for our ranges and services. You are responsible for the Holzminden service area.

• Customer consulting: As an expert for our range, you advise our customers directly in their businesses and identify potentials to make their business even more successful through our products.
• New customer acquisition: The acquisition of new customers is your passion. With your 'hunter mentality' and a fine sense for the market, you are as a Sales Manager at new openings at the right time at the right place (to win gastronomes with enthusiasm for our services.)
• Customer service: You see yourself as a problem solver and trusted person. In case of challenges, you react quickly and solution-oriented to guarantee a lasting and smooth cooperation.
• Customer care: You control your success yourself, plan your appointments independently and maintain your networks at eye level.
• Teamwork: Together with our internal customer management, the wholesale market and the delivery service, you form an unbeatable team – always with the goal of providing our customers with the best possible service and optimal care.

• Sales professional or industry insider: You have a completed training in trade or sales, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Career changer: Alternatively, you have already successfully sold in field service or you come directly from gastronomy, e.g. as a cook (m/f/d), restaurant manager (m/f/d) or hotel specialist (m/f/d) and (no longer want shift work and weekend work,) want to contribute your valuable expertise in sales.
