• Protection: You develop suitable insurance solutions in property and personal insurance for the business customers of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken so they can look to the future calmly.
• Advice: The focus is on what really moves our customers. You identify their needs and guide them in person or digitally toward more security.
• Customer management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and win new customers with individual insurance concepts.
• Knowledge transfer: You identify market opportunities and support the sales partner and team with your knowledge to become even more successful together.

• Training in insurance, e.g. insurance specialist, insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge and sales experience in personal and property insurance, ideally company pension schemes
• Strong communication skills, empathy and strong customer focus
