Field Sales Representative - Gundelfingen Area

As a field sales representative you are the face of METRO on site. Together with the inside customer management you turn customer needs into solutions, strengthen partnerships and win new customers from hotels and restaurants.

• Customer consulting: advising customers directly at their businesses and identifying potential
• New customer acquisition: winning new customers, also at new openings
• Customer service: reacting quickly and solution-oriented to challenges
• Customer care: planning appointments independently and maintaining networks
• Teamwork: working with inside customer management, wholesale market and delivery

• Completed training in retail or sales, e.g. wholesale merchant (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification
• Alternatively, successful field sales experience or a career change from gastronomy, e.g. cook, restaurant manager or hotel specialist
• Strong communicator with sales talent and networking skills
• Acquisition strength: stamina and negotiating skill in winning new customers
• Empathy & communication: friendliness and service orientation
• Confident appearance and partnership-based cooperation
• Digital fitness: working with the latest equipment such as a tablet
• Class B car driver's license
• Current place of residence is within the sales area
