Field Sales Representative

As a field sales representative, you are the face of METRO on site. Together with the internal customer management team, you turn customer needs into solutions, strengthen long-term partnerships and win new customers for METRO's ranges and services.

• Customer advice: As an expert for our range, you advise our customers directly at their businesses and identify potential to make their business even more successful with our products
• Winning new customers: Winning new customers is your passion. With your "hunter mentality" and a fine sense for the market, as a sales manager you are in the right place at the right time at new openings (to win over restaurateurs with enthusiasm for our services.)
• Customer service: You see yourself as a problem solver and person of trust. When challenges come up, you react quickly and solution-oriented to guarantee lasting, smooth cooperation
• Customer care: You steer your own success, plan your appointments independently and nurture your networks on equal terms
• Teamwork: Together with our internal customer management, the wholesale store and delivery, you form an unbeatable team, always aiming to give our customers the best possible service and optimal support

• Sales pro or industry insider: You have completed training in retail or sales, e.g. as a wholesale clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification.
• Career changer: Alternatively, you have already sold successfully in the field, or you come straight from hospitality, e.g. as a cook (m/f/d), restaurant manager (m/f/d) or hotel specialist (m/f/d), and (are tired of shift work and weekend work,) want to bring your valuable expertise into sales.
