Team Lead Returns Department

Galaxus is looking for a team lead for the returns department at DG Krefeld Odilia. You lead a team of around six to ten employees.

• You lead your team of around six to ten employees professionally and personally
• In daily work you are a role model and support, coach and motivate your team in line with quality and performance targets
• You work on projects and involve your team in continuous improvement of work processes
• You represent the team in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
• As part of the leadership team, you support the Manager After Sales Returns International in reaching department goals

• Leading teams of more than five employees
• Administration/logistics/supply chain/people management
• Completed vocational training and experience leading a team
• Affinity for systems and processes and good IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Confident written and spoken German - any further language is an advantage
• Reliable, identify with Galaxus values, role model for your employees
• Courteous and professional manner plus customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking, resilient in changing times
• Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and reach goals
