We are looking for you in Lüneburg (near Hamburg) for the apprenticeship as a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d) - 2027. Your role: As a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d), you are responsible for testing our dairy products. With us, you will learn how to sensorially test both milk and dairy products for smell, taste, appearance, and consistency. In the chemical-physical area, we teach you how to examine the ingredients of our products and microbiologically determine germ counts. You will be instructed in the handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment and learn all about it. Furthermore, compliance with operational hygiene and adherence to food law regulations form an important part of your training.

You have a good intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife). You are interested in chemistry, physics, and biology. You have a high awareness of quality and hygiene, and reliability, care, and accuracy are among your strengths. Moreover, you are eager to learn and have a strong interest in laboratory work.
