The dual study program is designed as a trainee program with a focus on "Technology".

You rotate through all relevant departments of the company parallel to your studies. You learn our products and organizational processes. You can "try yourself out" and discover which activities in the company you enjoy most. You participate, for example, in the design and development of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems, creating drawings and models using CAD software. You also get to know sales, purchasing, and work preparation. You can gain practical experience in our training workshop and production.

You hold a general university entrance qualification (Abitur). You have good grades in Mathematics, Physics, and Technology. You are interested in business contexts. You are interested in mechanical-technical contexts and want to combine them with modern digital technologies. You have good analytical and logical thinking skills. A purposeful and responsible work style characterizes you. You enjoy working in a varied and challenging field of activity.
