Real Estate Appraiser - Greater Frankfurt Area with High Remote Share

M-Wert GmbH supports lending institutions in valuing residential and commercial properties. As an appraiser, you will prepare market value and mortgage lending value reports primarily in the greater Frankfurt area, with a high degree of remote work possible depending on experience.

Independently preparing market value and mortgage lending value reports for residential and commercial properties; advising internal departments on market and location analysis; valuing construction and development projects; inspecting properties, documenting their condition, and conducting assessments; working closely with internal teams on quality assurance and process optimization.

Completed degree in real estate management, real estate economics, property valuation, civil engineering, architecture, surveying, business administration, or industrial engineering with a focus on real estate, or comparable training; HypZert F is desirable, with at least HypZert S and willingness to pursue HypZert F; several years of relevant professional experience in real estate appraisal and valuation reports; analytical ability, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills; mobility within the regional area of operation.
