Payroll Specialist / Payroll Accounting

Execution and assurance of monthly payroll accounting with SAP HCM/ECP including all follow-up work; Maintenance of master and payroll data in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM/ECP taking into account current collective bargaining and labor law principles as well as company regulations; Professional consulting on all payroll-relevant topics – from company pension schemes, partial retirement, and collective agreements to social security, tax law, and benefit insurance; Ensuring electronic data exchange with social security institutions, authorities, and health insurance funds including follow-up and clarification of individual cases; Creation and processing of evaluations and import lists for SAP SuccessFactors and HCM/ECP; Participation in the implementation of new legal requirements in close cooperation with our external service provider as well as assumption of special tasks and projects for the further development of our processes

Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in payroll accounting, e.g. certified payroll accountant or comparable qualification; Sound professional experience in payroll / salary accounting as well as current knowledge of wage tax and social security law as well as labor and collective bargaining law; Confident handling of accounting systems, preferably SAP HCM/ECP and SuccessFactors; Very good Excel and MS Office skills as well as enthusiasm for digital solutions and interest in optimization projects for the further development of our processes; High affinity for numbers, structured and conscientious work style, pronounced team skills, and service-oriented communication; Very good German language skills in word and writing
