Office Clerk

Permanent position as an office clerk in administration with 12–16 hours per week, predictable working hours and an appreciative team.

• Sorting and processing incoming mail
• Checking invoices and monitoring payments
• Handling email correspondence in administration
• Preparing and editing documents and presentations

• Completed commercial vocational training, for example as an office clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Basic understanding of business processes and numbers
• Confident use of emails, documents and common office applications
• Organizational skills, initiative and team spirit
