You have at least a Hauptschulabschluss (lower secondary school certificate) when you start. Since school doesn't give grades for team spirit, friendliness, creativity and commitment, we are particularly interested in your personality! You are sociable and open. You like to pitch in. You see your future in retail.

In addition to in-store training, you can also participate in our internal further education program to become a Certified Retail Specialist (m/f/d) - at NKD many doors are open to you. With good performance, you have the opportunity after your graduation as a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to add another training year and thus achieve your qualification as a Retail Management Assistant (m/f/d). Fixed contact persons and mentors support you during your training – whether in the branch, in the field service or at headquarters. Our own training team prepares you for the exams. Additionally, you get two days off for preparation for the written exam. We cover all costs for vocational school and necessary learning materials.
