You have a (technical) high school diploma and want to start practical work directly after school You are interested in fashion, retail and business administration You are responsible, open‑minded and committed You want to take responsibility early, make your own decisions and develop into a manager You enjoy working with people and motivating a team You like to work independently, reliably and goal‑oriented You are flexible and mobile (driving licence class B) and can imagine changing location for your further career development after the apprenticeship
