With the Abitur program, you will be prepared for a management position at PENNY within about 3 years – without a degree. Three qualifications in one program: In just 18 months you obtain your first qualification as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d). With good performance, you become a state-certified Trade Specialist (m/f/d) in a further 18 months and complete the AEVO trainer qualification. Good to know: The qualification is at the same level as a Bachelor (Level 6 according to the European Qualifications Framework). You control the flow of goods in the store as well as goods storage and control. You look after our customers in the store and support them actively. You work in a strong team and gain first experience in employee leadership.

You have your Abitur or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification including practical component in the field of business. You are characterized by a confident and self-assured demeanor and possess strong communication skills. You score with your assertiveness and organizational talent. You are reliable and like to take responsibility.

In the first apprenticeship year you receive at least €1,420 per month with an attractive annual increase. Additionally, there is holiday pay and from the second year also Christmas bonus.
