You learn everything that matters in sales, creating a great experience for our customers from start to finish. You independently take on varied tasks. After your onboarding, you support colleagues with cashier duties, goods receipt, and stocking, among other things. You take care of product presentation. There is also room for your own ideas. You keep the store in shape. That means you ensure cleanliness, order, and replenished stock.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) when you start. Since school doesn't grade team spirit, friendliness, creativity, and commitment, we are especially interested in your personality! You are sociable and open. You like to pitch in. You see your future in retail.

In addition to in-store training, you can participate in our internal continuing education program to become a certified retail specialist (m/f/d) – at NKD, many doors are open to you. With good performance, you have the option to add an extra apprenticeship year after your sales assistant qualification to achieve the retail management assistant qualification.
