Independent preparation of controlling monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year analyses, recommendations for decisions, reports, and evaluations Preparation of recommendations for decisions for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board in coordination with the Director Controlling Continuous development of controlling instruments based on own recommendations Continuous maintenance and development of NORMA Group controlling key figures (ROCE, NOVA, KPI bridges EBIT and EBITA, forecast accuracy, and various variance analyses) Continuous improvement of monthly management reporting processes of the regions and the group, particularly regarding standardization, efficiency, and transparency Independent evaluation of investment projects (economic feasibility calculations, business cases) for presentation to top management Further development, standardization, and cross-functional harmonization of the budget process (Sales, Supply Chain, Treasury, Purchasing, HR, etc.) Interface function to controlling-relevant elements of the NORMA Group's BI and ERP systems; especially based on Cognos/TM1 Close cooperation with Group Accounting to reconcile basic data from Cognos (IFRS chart of accounts, statistical account set-up) and ad-hoc adjustments for forecast and budget Preparation of or participation in the creation of Group Guidelines for controlling key figure systems, cost accounting, economic feasibility calculations, calculation guidelines, transfer prices, and assumption of responsibility for their respective implementation.

Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling Professional experience (at least 4-5 years) in a comparable position (preferably in the automotive industry) and/or in an auditing firm (Big 4) Knowledge of operational controlling, e.g. through work as a plant controller Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on results Analytical thinking and strong teamwork skills Experience with and affinity for IT interfaces (proficient use of SAP and/or COGNOS, TM1, BI tools, ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, ThinkCell). Fluent English skills
