Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling analyses, decision templates, reports, and evaluations. Continuous development of controlling instruments based on own recommendations. Maintenance and further development of NORMA controlling instruments (especially Power BI). Improvement of monthly management reporting processes in the regions and at group level, particularly regarding standardization, efficiency, and transparency. Further development, standardization, and cross-functional harmonization of the budgeting process (sales, supply chain, treasury, purchasing, HR, etc.). Interface function to controlling-relevant components of the BI and ERP systems of the NORMA Group. Close cooperation with Group Accounting to coordinate master data from Targetik (IFRS chart of accounts, statistical account structures) as well as for ad-hoc adjustments of forecasts and budgets. Development or participation in the creation of group guidelines in the areas of controlling, key figure systems, cost accounting, profitability analyses, calculation guidelines, and transfer prices, as well as responsibility for their implementation.

Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling. Professional experience (at least 2 to 3 years) in a comparable position. Knowledge of operational controlling, e.g., through activities as a plant controller or in corporate controlling. Structured and independent work style as well as a strong results orientation. Analytical thinking and strong teamwork skills. Experience with IT interfaces and affinity for IT systems (proficient in Microsoft D365 and/or Targetik, BI tools, ERP systems, as well as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Business-fluent English skills in written and spoken form.
