Working Student Recruiting & Employer Branding for our OBI Stores

So that this promise can shine on the sales floor every day, we at the Store Support Center (SSC) keep our colleagues in the stores free to focus on their core tasks. • Applicant selection (pre-screening): You independently review incoming CVs and applications for our stores and efficiently make a first pre-selection for the local managers. This ensures a fast process and excellent candidate experience in the background.
• Publication of job advertisements: You manage our existing job ads and are responsible for their targeted publication and updating on relevant channels and platforms.
• Content creation (online & offline): You are our creative head for diverse employer branding measures! You not only develop image and video material for digital company profiles and social media ads, but also design analogue materials such as flyers and conceive the visual appearance for our trade fair stands.
• Collaboration: Close cooperation with the People Team and other departments (e.g. store managers) to sustainably strengthen our employer brand.

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Media Design or a comparable field.
• High motivation to proactively pursue your own ideas and implement unconventional solutions independently. You are confident using common graphic tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and ideally already have a feel for digital formats (ads) as well as print media (flyers, trade fair equipment).
• Strong organizational talent combined with an independent and strongly team-oriented way of working – which helps you enormously with structured CV screening and job ad management.
• Great passion for HR and employer branding topics as well as genuine interest in people and the exciting environment of our stores.
• Ideally first practical insights in a corporate environment or in the field of personnel marketing and recruiting as well as content creation.
• Fluent German skills (minimum C1) and very good English skills (B2) in written and spoken form.
