Ausbildung in the Abiprogramm Retail

Welcome to Penny Markt GmbH! This retail apprenticeship programme for Abitur graduates (all genders) takes place in Mainaschaff, Bavaria. The apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2026 and lasts 3 years. Monthly apprenticeship pay starts at €1,420 in the first year and rises to €1,540 in the final training year. Start your career in retail and develop valuable skills for your professional future.

• With the Abitur program, you will be prepared for a management position at PENNY within approximately 3 years – and all without a university degree.
• Three qualifications in one program: In just 18 months, you will receive your first qualification as a Retail Salesman (m/f/d). With good performance, you will become a state-certified Commercial Specialist (m/f/d) in another 18 months and complete the AEVO-Ausbildung to become an instructor (m/f/d).
• Good to know: The qualification is at the same level as a Bachelor's degree (Level 6 according to the European Qualifications Framework).
• You manage the flow of goods in the store as well as inventory storage and control.
• You look after our customers in the store and actively assist them.
• You work in a strong team and gain initial experience in employee leadership.

• You have your Abitur or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification including a practical part in the field of economics.
• You are characterized by a confident and self-assured demeanor and possess excellent communication skills.
• You score points with your assertiveness and organizational talent.
• You are reliable and enjoy taking on responsibility.
