About this Apprenticeship
Three-year dual study program at PENNY (REWE Group) with alternating theory and practice phases, qualifying you for a management or specialist role. Start 01.10.2027, planned end 30.09.2030.
What You'll Learn
- In your three-year dual study program you alternate between theory and practice phases and are qualified for a management or specialist role at Penny.
- You gain solid business knowledge at a vocational academy or university chosen by us, whose tuition fees we cover.
- You learn about store management, goods ordering, sales activities, audit activities and logistics processes.
- You work in various PENNY stores and in field sales and gain valuable insight into daily business.
Requirements
- You have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife and are enthusiastic about the commercial side of PENNY.
- Ideally you have first work experience in retail.
- You have a confident manner and strong communication skills.
- You stand out through assertiveness and organizational talent.
