About this Apprenticeship
PENNY, part of the REWE Group, offers a three-year dual study programme in retail (B.A.) in Köln - Weiden with alternating theory and practice phases. Full-time, fixed-term; start 01.10.2027, planned end 30.09.2030.
What You'll Learn
- In your three-year dual studies you alternate between theory and practice phases and are qualified for a management or specialist role at Penny.
- You gain solid business administration knowledge at a vocational academy or university chosen by us, whose tuition fees we cover for you.
- You gain knowledge of store management, goods ordering, sales activities, audit activities and logistics processes.
- You work in various PENNY stores and in field sales and gain valuable insights into day-to-day business.
Requirements
- You have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife and are enthusiastic about the business side of PENNY.
- Ideally you have some first work experience in retail.
- You have a confident manner and strong communication skills.
- You stand out through your assertiveness and organisational talent.
