• We will provide you with internal training and prepare you for a position as a salesperson in the store.
• In seminars and practical days, you will learn what is important in the flow of goods – from ordering to correct placement in the store.
• You will assist our customers in the store and at the checkout and actively support them.
• At PENNY, you will experience what teamwork means in numerous projects.

• You have a Hauptschulabschluss and are interested in retail.
• You enjoy interacting with people and like working in a team.
• You are reliable and flexible.

• You take part in unique projects, such as sustainability competitions and festival stores.
• Our internal PENNY training plan provides training sessions, practical training days and projects, as well as digital learning resources.

• Our welcome event helps you settle in straight away and meet other apprentices.
• Whatever happens, your supervisors are there to support you throughout your apprenticeship.
