• Learn how to inspire and competently advise customers
• Present merchandise professionally and actively shape the store
• Gain insight into processes such as ordering, checkout and shelf maintenance
• Take on real responsibility from the start – everyone uses first names regardless of position
• After the two-year apprenticeship you can optionally complete a third year to qualify as a retail management assistant (m/f/d)
