Working Student in Corporate Controlling & Accounting with a Focus on Sustainability

From January 2027, PHOENIX is looking for a working student (m/f/d) in Corporate Controlling & Accounting with a special focus on sustainability at the Mannheim location.

• Support in preparing the sustainability report to document and promote the sustainable development of our company.
• Help with setting up and implementing our CSR software tool Envoria to make sustainability processes more efficient.
• Support in implementing the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) to ensure compliance with the new rules.

• Studies in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting or sustainability.
• Ideally you already have some relevant practical experience, for example through internships.
• You are confident with standard IT applications and have a strong interest in a process-oriented way of working and in shaping the digital future.
• Personally, you stand out through communication skills, a structured and innovative way of working, and fluent knowledge of German and English.
