Payroll Administrator / Payroll Clerk in Osnabrück

Permanent full-time payroll role at Piepenbrock in Osnabrück. Duties include independently processing payroll, maintaining personnel records, advising on legal requirements and supporting special HR projects.

• Independently process wages and salaries for an assigned payroll group
• Advise on payroll tax and social insurance law and check compliance with legal requirements
• Create and maintain personnel files and employee master data
• Prepare certificates and reports for public offices, authorities and social insurance providers
• Support employee joining and leaving processes and process employment contracts and contract amendments
• Contribute to special HR projects
• Maintain time-recording systems and process absence reports
• Handle all standard commercial administration and organisational tasks

• You have successfully completed a commercial vocational qualification
• Knowledge of tax, employment, social insurance and pay agreement law is desirable
• You are highly confident using standard MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is desirable
• You work independently and in an organised way
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
