Service Advisor

Porsche Zentrum Darmstadt sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world, and is looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to strengthen its team.

• Preparing for the customer using the customer file and PIWIS process/history
• Researching the reason for the customer visit, the customer's wishes and any problem areas
• Carrying out the service reception dialogue
• Explaining to the customer the work to be done on the vehicle
• Actively selling services, parts and vehicles
• Creating a written cost estimate
• Calculating quotes
• Creating or supplementing workshop orders
• Managing the allocation of customer replacement vehicles and service loaners
• Informing the customer about any additionally necessary repairs and, if applicable, extending the repair order with the customer
• Informing the customer of any appointment changes
• Explaining the work carried out on the vehicle
• Conducting complaint conversations and handling the related complaints professionally
• Ensuring error-free appointment planning including customer mobility
• Promoting cooperation with other departments in the Porsche Zentrum
• Ensuring compliance with all Porsche standards for the service process
• Entering all customer data, service appointments etc. in the C@P customer database
• Continuous development in all Porsche products, services and service processes
• Coordinating workshop capacity together with the workshop manager
• Ensuring a seamless and professional service experience for the customer

• Completed technical and/or commercial vocational training
• A pleasant manner, high reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment
• Very good manners as well as very good organisational and communication skills
• Quick grasp of complex tasks
• Confident use of the MS Office package
• Professional experience in after-sales desirable
• Class B driving licence
