Internship Cost Management for New Vehicle Projects

The team is responsible for technical-commercial topics of vehicle development projects for all model lines across the whole product development process, from the first idea to series start-up. By managing individual material costs and tooling investments, it helps meet Porsche's financial goals.

• Insights into planning vehicle projects according to technical specifications, plus financial support of the vehicles throughout development
• Supporting and advising development teams on individual material costs, tooling investments and external development costs
• Support with commercial evaluation and targeting of individual components for the award process and preparing forward-sourcing scopes for supplier committees
• Support with variance analyses of supplier offers and drafting recommendations for action
• Preparing and following up decision papers for management committees
• Support with competitive analyses, cost workshops and product reviews

• A place at university in business administration, economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable program (at least 3rd semester or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master)
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Quick grasp
• Interest in cars and openness to new challenges
• An independent and structured way of working
• Confident use of MS Office
• Very good German and good English (min. B2)
