Together we use Generative AI and Data Science methods to develop solutions for various departments that create measurable added value. Our analyses and GenAI-supported applications support well-founded decisions, automate complex processes, and make data and knowledge intelligently usable. In doing so, we combine the use of LLMs, prompting, and other GenAI tools such as CoPilot with a deep understanding of technical requirements and real use cases, particularly in interaction with existing data, systems, and processes. Depending on the use case, our spectrum ranges from using existing models to further developing and adapting solutions in the respective context. We work agile, team-oriented, and with a lot of personal responsibility and take the time, despite demanding tasks, to smile in the daily stand-up about the small (and large) challenges of everyday Data Science and GenAI life.

• Evaluation, testing, and introduction of new AI tools and technologies
• Design and use of AI-supported systems and data-driven applications
• Application of LLMs and prompt engineering to support business processes
• Automation of processes through Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
• Data analysis and evaluation of AI-supported results
• Integration of GenAI components into existing IT and software landscapes
• Working with cloud-based AI tools and scalable platforms

• A university place in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable degree program (at least 3rd semester in Bachelor's program, in Master's program, or in gap year between Bachelor's and Master's)
• First practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and in the field of software development
• A structured and self-organized way of working as well as good organizational talent
• Good German and English skills (min. B2)
