In recent years, the Premium Food Group has converted the site into a competence centre for the slaughtering and cutting of cattle. This makes the site one of the most modern cattle slaughterhouses in Europe. We place great emphasis on the highest quality standards and process mainly cattle from the region. In addition, the site forms the interface to the Asian market and is therefore an important part of the family business. In the premises modernised in 2020 and equipped with the latest technologies, around 700 employees work.
