About this Apprenticeship
During your internship in HR Administration, you will support all interns in the group with HR-relevant topics.
What You'll Learn
- You have operational responsibility for your own support area within the corporate group (from the hiring process to the issuance of references)
- You are also the contact person for specialist departments and applicants in all administrative HR matters
- You independently maintain personnel master data in EC and SAP HCM as well as in the electronic personnel file
- Furthermore, you create references and contracts
- Finally, you support the preparation of the monthly payroll accounting and cross-HR projects
Requirements
- You are completing a degree in business, humanities, or social sciences and/or a commercial apprenticeship
- You have organizational skills and an independent, careful way of working
- Your confident demeanor, communication skills, and understanding of confidential data characterize you
- You show commitment and enjoy teamwork
- A confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as very good German skills in word and writing round off your profile
