About this Apprenticeship
For our Internal Services business area, we are looking for you as a Health & Wellbeing Expert (f/m/d) at the earliest possible date.
What You'll Learn
- Health Management – You design, develop and manage health and wellbeing measures, prevention offers and health programs, thereby sustainably strengthening the physical and mental health of our employees. Based on data, you identify fields of action, accompany projects and handle reporting.
- Integration – You coordinate the process for occupational integration management (BEM). You are the contact person for affected individuals and managers with questions.
- Compliance – You support the implementation of the "risk assessment of psychological stress" and the derivation of measures.
- Communication – You implement projects together with stakeholders, manage our interdisciplinary health working group and promote trusting cooperation. You design campaigns, organize workshops and presentations.
- Innovation – You observe trends in the field of Health & Wellbeing, develop impulses for our offers and use AI-supported tools for the efficient design of your daily work.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, health management, health economics or a comparable course of study. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification in health management.
- You have practical experience in the field of health management, health promotion and occupational integration management, ideally in a professional services company.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
What PwC Deutschland offers
- Flexibility – In coordination with your team, you can expect a mix of shared office days and home office. There are no core working hours – within the framework of operational requirements and labor law regulations, you can organize your working hours flexibly. Additionally, you have the opportunity to work temporarily in over 40 countries.
- Further training – Through our internal academy, international experience through secondments and continuous mentoring, you will continuously develop. We also support you with external training and further education measures.
- Leisure – Overtime can be accumulated on your annual working time account (JAZ) and compensated with time off after intensive work phases. Remaining overtime is paid out once a year. Additionally, you have 30 vacation days per calendar year.
- Health – Your health is important to us: In addition to our own company health insurance fund, we also offer preventive check-ups and sports activities. Take part in our free company sports program or benefit from a discounted Urban Sports Club membership.
