Consultant Global Transformation HR: Data & Analytics

For our Tax Advisory business unit, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Consultant Global Transformation HR: Data & Analytics (m/f/d). You advise internationally active clients on all HR transformation questions.

• You advise internationally active clients on all HR transformation questions, e.g. acquisitions and investments, spin-offs, restructurings and reorganizations
• You prepare client employee data, analyze HR metrics and identify trends and patterns
• You calculate the costs of personnel measures and prepare the results for the client
• You act as a sparring partner for our clients in the successful implementation of data-driven HR transformation projects
• You work on the digitalization and partial automation of our services, apply them with clients and keep developing them

• You have completed your degree in economics, (business) mathematics, (business) informatics or a comparable program. A specialization in HR, finance or computer science is desirable.
• You enjoy working with data and are interested in implementing digital solutions, data modeling and visualization.
• You have knowledge of Alteryx and PowerBI; experience in Python is desirable.
• You have very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
• You are also willing to travel nationwide.
