Consultant Finance Transformation & Workday Financial Management

For its Consulting business unit, PwC is looking for a Consultant Finance Transformation & Workday Financial Management as soon as possible. As part of the Finance Transformation team, you help companies turn their finance department into a stronger business partner. Topics range from CFO strategy to process excellence, ERP systems, quality assurance, compliance and data management.

• Transformation – You shape finance transformations for national and international clients and support projects from target architecture to successful implementation.
• Consulting – You advise clients on finance operating models, ERP transformations and questions in accounting and controlling.
• Workday – With Workday Financial Management and Built on Workday, you develop innovative solutions for digitalizing finance processes.
• Responsibility – You take responsibility in project teams and advise clients at management level on complex transformation projects.
• Growth – Together with your team, you develop new offerings, expand client relationships and actively shape our area.

• You have a successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable program with a finance focus.
• You already bring several years of professional experience in finance transformation, ERP transformation or the digitalization and further development of finance functions.
• You have knowledge of Workday Financial Management or comparable cloud-based ERP solutions and want to further build your Workday expertise.
• Confident German and English skills allow you to work professionally with national and international clients.
• You stand out through analytical thinking and confident communication to successfully drive complex transformation projects together with project teams and clients.
