Field Sales Representative for Locking Systems

Field sales representative at Siller & Laar (RECA Group) selling locking systems in the B2B sector. Full-time, permanent, starting immediately.

• Advise architects, planners and general contractors in B2B and sell products and services, e.g. locking systems
• Win new customers and expand business relationships with existing customers
• Ask about customer needs and coordinate commercial and technical project requirements and installation planning
• Accompany customers from planning through commissioning to after-sales service

• Commercial or technical training and ideally sales experience
• Strong communication, empathy and negotiation skills in direct customer contact
• Networking to maintain customer relationships
• Team player who enjoys working with inside sales and technical field service
