HR Expert Assessment & Development

REWE Dortmund SE & Co. KG is looking for an HR Expert Assessment & Development in Dortmund, full-time, starting immediately. The role covers aptitude assessment methods, personnel development and advising managers.

• You design and carry out aptitude assessment methods such as structured interviews, assessments and development formats professionally and with high quality.
• You analyse diagnostic results for the target group, draw meaningful insights and develop concrete recommendations.
• You continuously develop our diagnostics, relying on modern, scientifically sound methods and high comparability of results.
• You advise managers and HR colleagues on selection and development decisions and actively contribute your diagnostic expertise.
• You coordinate the annual process of development and feedback conversations and ensure sustainable implementation. You also support potential conferences and effective career and succession planning.
• You design, steer and support personnel development projects and measures – from needs analysis to successful implementation.
• You support change processes with tailored diagnostic and personnel development measures and help shape transformations sustainably.

• You have a successfully completed degree in psychology, personnel development, organisational development or a comparable field.
• You have solid experience in aptitude assessment methods and bring both conceptual and practical expertise.
• You have experience in a strategic HR environment, especially in talent management or personnel development.
• You are confident with different diagnostic methods such as interviews, tests or assessment centres, and can interpret results soundly and derive concrete recommendations.
• You know how to present complex relationships clearly and translate them into effective measures for the audience.
• You have experience working with managers and impress with professional stakeholder management at different levels.
• You enjoy actively driving topics forward, taking up innovative approaches and continuously developing diagnostic and personnel development processes.
• You work independently, in a structured way and with high quality standards for modern, forward-looking HR work.
