Working Student in Sponsorship / Partnerships

Working student role in sponsorship and partnerships at REWE Dortmund SE & Co. KG in Dortmund, starting on 1 February 2027. You support sports and cultural partnerships, campaigns and the development of the sponsorship strategy.

• Sponsorship and partnerships: Manage and deliver sports and cultural partnerships, including well-known partners such as Borussia Dortmund, VfL Bochum, Phoenix Hagen and Zeltfestival Ruhr.
• Partnership campaigns: Plan and deliver creative campaigns to raise brand awareness and make the most of existing partnerships.
• Ticket and prize draw management: Organise and coordinate ticket allocations, and plan and run prize draws for different target groups.
• Sponsorship requests: Review, prioritise and handle incoming sponsorship requests.
• Communication and coordination: Work closely with internal departments, external agencies and partners to keep processes running smoothly.
• Reports and presentations: Create clear presentations, records and reports to measure results and share information internally.
• Idea development: Develop new concepts and activities to improve the sponsorship strategy.
• Trend monitoring: Analyse current developments and trends in sponsorship and recommend relevant actions.

• Studying Business Administration, Sports Science, Communication, Media Management or a similar subject
• Creative team player with enthusiasm for sponsorship, especially in sport
• A high degree of flexibility, commitment and motivation
• A strong interest in sport and a good feel for communication
• Enjoyment of teamwork combined with a high level of initiative
• A structured, organised and goal-focused approach to work with high standards of quality
