About this Apprenticeship
At REWE Ferdinand Mihl oHG in Nabburg, you will support store management with all day to day tasks and deputise when needed. As a manager, you will help create a pleasant and respectful working culture. This is a permanent full time position.
What You'll Learn
- Share responsibility for implementing REWE's successful retail concept and carry out the related advertising and sales activities
- Manage sales, costs and inventory performance, implement quality management and ensure compliance with legal and company rules
- Support your team with advice and practical help, lead by example and prepare staff schedules
- Lead respectfully and as equals, making trust an essential part of working together
- Help customers feel welcome through knowledgeable advice and friendly service
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in food retail; an advanced qualification in retail management is a plus
- Ideally, professional experience as a manager or deputy manager in retail sales
- Motivation to perform well, organisational skills and a focus on results
- Leadership skills, a sense of responsibility and team spirit
