Deputy Store Manager / Assistant Market Manager

• You are co-responsible for implementing the successful REWE sales concept and carry out the related advertising and sales measures
• You manage sales, cost and inventory development as well as quality management, and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
• You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the duty rosters
• You lead with appreciation and as an equal, trusting cooperation is a matter of course for you
• You ensure through expert advice and courteous service that our customers feel completely at ease

• Your completed commercial training, preferably in food retail - a qualification as a Handelsfachwirt (retail specialist) is a plus
• Ideally your work experience as a (deputy) manager in sales
• Your drive to achieve, organizational skills and results-oriented way of working
• Your leadership skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Your willingness to work in a flexible shift system from Monday to Saturday
