Trainee to Independent REWE Merchant

The REWE Group is one of the largest retail and tourism companies in Europe. Through the combination of a cooperative structure, the strong sales concept of the REWE brand and the individual strength of local REWE merchants, we are looking for trainees who want to become self-employed with us within the next few years. Full-time, fixed-term, 24-month trainee program.

• Competent leadership and development of your team
• Independent store organization, assortment design and implementation of advertising and sales measures
• Responsibility for the goods business and trusting cooperation with suppliers
• Further development of your own store and driving shared progress

• You have good customer and service orientation, stand out through communication skills and assertiveness, and are motivated to lead employees.
• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree.
• You have a strong affinity for food retail and ideally already have practical experience in the store/branch area of a retail company.
• You are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, self-employment and starting a business.
• You are characterized by strong future orientation, decisiveness, resilience, perseverance and initiative.
