About this Apprenticeship
Part-time, 20-30 hours/week, permanent. You ensure customers feel welcome and well-advised. Quick responsibility and co-design in food retail possible.
What You'll Learn
- Inspire customers with friendly manner and competent advice.
- Ensure product presence, freshness and cleanliness with eye for detail.
- Show dexterity handling bread and bakery products, at self-service fresh counters and preparing hot meals.
- Stock goods, price correctly and implement sales-promoting measures independently.
- Check incoming goods for completeness and quality.
Requirements
- Ideally completed vocational training as bakery sales specialist or experience in food retail – career changers with food knowledge welcome.
- Joy in dealing with people and passion for retail.
- Reliable, responsible and team-oriented work style as well as customer orientation.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Willingness to work flexible shift system: Monday to Saturday 05:00-22:15, Sunday 14:00-19:00.
