ERP & Process Manager

As ERP & Process Manager you are the architect of our digital value chain. You act as a bridge between specialist departments and IT. Your goal is to not only keep our ERP system landscape stable but to create measurable added value for our business through continuous optimisation and standardisation of processes.

• Responsibility for maintenance, further development and optimisation of our ERP systems
• Analysis of existing workflows and design of future-oriented, efficient processes
• Close cooperation with key users of specialist departments to identify and prioritise requirements
• Supporting the organisation in the introduction of new processes or system updates, ensuring acceptance through training and communication
• Management or technical steering of (sub-)projects for implementations, rollouts or system integrations
• Management of external service providers and consultants, coordination with internal IT infrastructure

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification with solid professional experience
• Several years of experience in ERP system management
• Proven expertise in process modelling, project management and implementation of ERP systems (SAP)
• Ability to quickly grasp complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness combined with diplomatic tact
• Negotiation-level German and English skills, written and spoken
