About this Apprenticeship
Rheinmetall IT Solutions GmbH is looking for a full-time Expert Sales & Customs (m/f/d) on a permanent contract. The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen and Neckarsulm.
What You'll Learn
- Actively shaping, building and further developing application services in close coordination with our business partners
- Responsible for module support and customizing within the "Customer Sales & Customs" services and other non-SAP applications
- Coordinating and managing external IT service providers in IT project work
- Responsible for coordinating colleagues and topics in the application areas (SAP or non-SAP)
- Standardization, harmonization, optimization and further development of our system and application landscape and the services in "Customer Sales & Customs" towards SAP S/4
- Active participation in innovative AMS projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to taking over (sub-)project management
- Advising and supporting our business partners in process support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the application landscape
- Contributing to technical solution/implementation concepts and realigning existing applications, mainly in logistics
- Supporting business key users of the SAP SD module and non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support
Requirements
- Successfully completed (university) degree in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in SAP SD
- Several years of experience in managing external service providers and technical coordination of internal colleagues
- Extensive knowledge in operations and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP)
- Broad knowledge of business processes in warehouse and inventory management and related logistics processes
- Good knowledge of SAP SD and adjacent SAP ERP modules (customizing, debugging, programming skills)
- Good process understanding in IT service management
- Broad knowledge and experience in business modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL
- Interest in agile topics (Kanban, Scrum, DevOps, SAP Activate)
