Maritime Training Expert

Design training for national and international customers using maritime training systems. Assess training needs, develop modern training concepts and deliver courses in cooperation with customers and technical teams.

• Assess training and qualification needs and develop tailored training strategies for national and international customer projects
• Design and continuously improve modern training and learning formats, both digital and in person
• Deliver workshops, training and consulting for customers
• Host customer delegations
• Create and prepare training materials and support the development of digital learning content
• Select and coordinate internal and external trainers and training partners
• Contribute to proposals, product development and international training standards, and actively follow new technologies and learning trends

• Completed training comparable to a master craftsperson qualification, technician qualification or bachelor's degree
• Experience with training tools, training concepts and preparing training plans and materials
• Practical knowledge of maritime training
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong consulting and methodological skills, with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Teaching skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply, practically and patiently
• Intercultural skills and experience
• Good personal time and process management, a strong willingness to learn and initiative
• A structured approach to work, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel worldwide for work
