About this Apprenticeship
Maintenance, adaptation and further development of the product standard by modifying standard software products according to user requirements and the technical possibilities of released products Monitoring, administration and maintenance of central tool environments including servers, software and subcomponents Support of training, test and reference systems as well as lecture hall environments Processing of support requests for the internal IT system environment for employees, customers and development departments after successful onboarding and according to specifications Advice on the selection of tools and features from the existing portfolio as well as presentation of tools and basic functions Creation and further development of simple scripts for automation Creation and updating of system documentation and instructions
What You'll Learn
- Maintenance, adaptation and further development of the product standard by modifying standard software products according to user requirements and the technical possibilities of released products
- Monitoring, administration and maintenance of central tool environments including servers, software and subcomponents
- Support of training, test and reference systems as well as lecture hall environments

Requirements
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
- Sound practical experience in using software tools
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working combined with strong teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for continuous professional development in the IT field
