Production Inspector Artillery Plant

Deployment as production inspector (m/f/d) of a mechanical production. In-process and final inspection of machined components with hand measuring tools, test gauges, electronic measuring devices or 3D measuring machines. Inspection of components according to test instructions including creation of corresponding test protocols. Feedback of test processes and results to the BDE system. Data maintenance in SAP / MES. Interface between production and quality management as well as ensuring smooth process flows. Evaluation, assessment and documentation of test results.

• Deployment as production inspector (m/f/d) of a mechanical production
• In-process and final inspection of machined components with hand measuring tools, test gauges, electronic measuring devices or 3D measuring machines, e.g. Conturograph, Zeiss Prismo, Zeiss Duramax or similar
• Inspection of components according to test instructions including creation of corresponding test protocols
• Feedback of test processes and results to the BDE system
• Data maintenance in SAP / MES
• Interface between production and quality management as well as ensuring smooth process flows
• Evaluation, assessment and documentation of test results

• Completed training as industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or equivalent
• Professional experience in quality assurance including VT, ideally in dimensional inspection of machined components
• Conscientious and confident handling when reading demanding technical drawings and creating measurement concepts
• Confident handling of conventional and electronic measuring instruments, ideally experience in operating 3D measuring machines Zeiss and Calypso measuring software
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Structured and independent way of working, team and communication skills as well as flexibility and reliability
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
