Industrial Foreman Process Engineering Grinding and Mixing

Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH in Unterlüß is looking for an industrial foreman for process engineering, grinding and mixing (m/f/d). Full-time, permanent contract.

• Building our production team, staff selection, onboarding, and staffing and deployment planning in shift operation
• Support with commissioning and starting up the plants
• Compliance with all legal safety, health and environmental regulations
• Creating duty rosters with regard to employee qualifications and bottleneck resources
• Coordination with work preparation, dispatch and production planning
• Monitoring the manufacturing processes
• Guiding, leading and developing employees
• Documentation and evaluation of production indicators

• Completed further training as industrial foreman in chemistry (m/f/d), processing or process engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician (m/f/d))
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Experience in grinding and classifying solids and in batch production is an advantage
• Certificate of competence under §20 SprengG desirable
• Willingness to work shifts in the medium term
• Technical understanding and a strong sense of quality and safety
• Teamwork, communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
