Maritime Integrator Training Simulation

Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH is looking for reinforcement in Bremen for the integration of maritime training simulators. In the Maritime Simulation & Training area, we develop and support demanding training systems for the German Navy, combining complex software and hardware with modern IT infrastructures and virtualization technologies. The company is looking for someone with an integration or electrical/IT background. Full-time, permanent.

• Independent planning, management and execution of integration, commissioning and service
• Responsibility for adhering to costs, quality and deadlines; interface coordination with the companies involved in the project
• Support in creating innovative maintenance and operating concepts
• Preparation and delivery of customer training
• Support with calculations and concept creation in the area of integration, installation and commissioning as well as the technical-logistical support of new and existing projects
• Support in planning and creating service offers in the after-sales area

• Completed training as a state-certified technician, or completed technical training with many years of relevant work experience
• Experience with industrial trucks as well as hazardous substances and protective equipment
• Extensive knowledge of software and hardware integration
• Networking knowledge and experience with network components and computer configuration
• Knowledge and experience in carrying out common mechanical processes such as soldering, crimping, drilling, sawing and using hand tools
• Understanding of circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Very good English skills (spoken and written)
• Driver's license class B
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Willingness to travel worldwide
