Configuration Manager – Mission Systems for Combat Vehicles

As a configuration manager for mission systems for combat vehicles, you are the central link between development, production and quality assurance. You ensure transparent product structures, controlled changes and secured development statuses.

• Planning and implementing configuration management in projects and product teams
• Controlling and documenting changes and taking part in the change board
• Defining and maintaining product structures for hardware and software, including assigning material numbers
• Conducting internal and external configuration audits and creating evaluations and change overviews
• Further developing and maintaining the configuration management system in SAP and training the departments

• Completed technical bachelor's degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable) or state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in configuration management, ideally in a technical environment
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (materials management, configuration and change management)
• Sound knowledge of configuration processes
• Current certification according to CM2 / CMPIC (Level 1–4, 10)
