Offset Manager

Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH is seeking an Offset Manager in Unterlüß for a permanent full-time position. The role involves managing offset matters in the Direct Fire business unit and project work in the Weapon and Ammunition division.

• Manage and coordinate offset matters in the Direct Fire business unit
• Lead projects and carry out project work in the Weapon and Ammunition division
• Communicate with representatives of customer countries
• Coordinate within the organisations and legal entities
• Support business cases concerning offset obligations in customer countries

• Completed commercial vocational training, such as industrial business administration, or a degree in business or economics, such as business administration or business psychology, with a technical focus
• Several years of knowledge in industrial participation and offset, preferably in the defence sector
• Knowledge of industrial engineering and business development
• Very good spoken and written German and English; other languages are an advantage
• A careful, proactive and independent working style with strong communication skills
• Strong willingness to travel for business
