About this Apprenticeship
Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH is seeking a project manager in Bremen for technologically demanding product development projects. This permanent full-time role involves responsibility from initial planning through successful project completion.
What You'll Learn
- Plan and deliver small to medium-sized projects within budget, schedule and quality requirements
- Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams and manage suppliers throughout project delivery
- Ensure contract, risk and claims management
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports using controlling reports
- Support sales in winning new business to secure new market opportunities
Requirements
- Completed technical university degree (engineering diploma, computer science diploma or master's degree)
- Experience leading projects or teams with responsibility for results
- GPM Level C project management certification
- English proficiency suitable for negotiations; another foreign language, such as Spanish or French, is desirable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A goal-oriented and independent approach to work
- Willingness to travel worldwide
